From January 14th to 24th February, 2019, the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, Ganga Action Parivar, and Parmarth Niketan will be hosting a beautiful camp in the Kumbh Mela at Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh at the sacred sangam (confluence) of the Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers.

The Kumbh Mela (the festival of the sacred pitcher) is the largest Hindu fair and/or festival and is truly the celebration of the divine nectar of immortality. It is the time when the alignment of the stars and planets, according to the Hindu calendar, is at its most auspicious for having a divine bath in the sacred waters of the holy rivers and for performing sadhana and meditation. It is the time when the saints, sages, rishis and sadhus come together to share their wisdom, their insight and their blessings with devotees who throng from all across the world. This year the Mela is expecting a record 150 million people!

Come and be part of the divine experience, have a bath in the sacred sangam, bathe in the divine darshan and presence of the revered Saints.

The Global Interfaith WASH Alliance-Ganga Action Parivar-Parmarth Niketan Kumbh Mela camp will have daily divine activities as well numerous inspiring, large-scale events to uplift and empower all.

Our camp will be green, eco-friendly & focused on a Green Kumbh!
